Managing Markups in Guesty
Within Guesty, you can add % based markups per connected channel. This allows you to increase the accommodation fare for individual channels.
🔔 Best Practice: Markups should be used in a dynamic way, specifically for channels with higher commissions. Before adding markups, consider the booking traction coming from the relevent channel (Ie Booking.com). If there are not many reservations coming from the channel, we would recommend holding off on adding markups. On the other hand, if there is good traction from a specific channel that has higher commissions, markups can be added.
To access this setting, go to: Guesty > Financials > Markups.
