How to Add/Edit Fees on Vrbo

Fees can be applied to all dates on your rates calendar and are categorized into two types:

  1. Standard Fees: These include charges for extra guests, cleaning, and pets.
  2. Custom Fees: These are additional charges specific to your business that are not covered under standard fees.

To add or edit fees, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. If you manage multiple properties, select the listing you want to update.
  3. Navigate to Calendar and select Settings, then Fees.
  4. Under Standard Fees, enter the appropriate amounts for the applicable charges.
  5. If needed, add details for Custom Fees (you can define up to six custom fees).
  6. Once all the information is entered, click Save to apply your changes.

Note: Any changes to your fees are only applied to future bookings. If you’ve already confirmed a reservation and want to add fees, you need to send your guest an additional payment request to collect those funds before the guest completes their stay.
