Managing Vrbo reservation that booked prior to Guesty Integration

Any Vrbo reservations that were confirmed prior to the integration with Guesty will need to be manually managed through Vrbo directly (changes, communication, billing, etc.). Any Vrbo reservations booked after the integration went live will be fully managed from Guesty.

For the Vrbo reservations that were booked prior to the integration, our team has added those into Guesty as manual placeholders. We have also added notes to show the details on the reservation. You can see those manual booking from the multicalendar and the inbox - see below:


Any Vrbo reservations that were booked after the integration went live, the Channel will show Vrbo. All Vrbo reservations that were booked prior, will show as Manual.
