Confirming a Reservation is Paid via Payments by Booking.com
If you are using payments by booking.com, this article will explain how to verify that a reservation successfully paid via Payments by booking.com.
To verify payment:
- Login to booking.com extranet (admin.booking.com)
- Navigate to the relevant property page
- Click on the reservation tab from menu
- Set the check-in date range to locate the reservation
- Under the "Status" column, the payment details will be shown
- If status is OK | Paid Online > Payment was successful
- If status is OK > Payment was unsuccessful
- Reservation payouts are sent via bank transfer near the time of check-in based on the payout schedule from booking.com
